Virtual Physical Therapy Evaluation & Treatment

Neck and/or Back Pain

Evaluation & Treatment

This is our bread-and-butter. You’ll be evaluated from head to toe in order to best determine how we can help you meet your goals. The evaluation will include:

  • A detailed subjective history
  • Functional testing, objective measures, and movement assessments to get to the root of the issue
  • An individualized plan of action (with your input) to get you on the right path back to health
  • A concise and goal-driven exercise program emailed to you including pictures, video links, and individualized directions so that there’s no guesswork to your home exercise program

Once you go through your detailed evaluation and a goal-driven plan of care is developed, you’ll then be ready to schedule your 1 hour follow up visits. These visits are 100% with your physical therapist at all times, no passing off to an aide or PTA . The number of follow ups will vary based on your condition/injury and the time frame it’ll take to best achieve your goals. Packages are available to help design the best treatment plan for you and your rehab needs.

Healthcare Consulting

We'll share our expertise and advice to help you make the best healthcare decisions.

Healthcare consulting is the process of sharing expertise, giving advice, and guiding patients to make decisions that maximize their health. With hospitals focused on discharging patients and the lack of education of the United States Healthcare system, many patients get the short end of the stick when it comes to receiving proper health care. Our healthcare consultants are experts in the industry — they have the necessary education and background on healthcare laws, regulations, and policies to effectively help patients and their respective families make the best decisions when determining a plan of care to recover. Inserting a third-party unbiased opinion to help make sure you are being treated fairly and receiving the best healthcare could be the difference between a lifetime of disability and recovery.

  • Should you get surgery?
  • Can you take care of this injury by yourself?
  • What type of clinician should you see for your opinion?
  • What type of therapist(s) should you see?
  • Should you get care in-network or out-of-network?
  • Etc…

Stop guessing and get professional consulting from one of our experts.

Ergonomic Evaluations

Improve long term worker health and safety

Our Ergonomic Assessments (ERGOS). ERGOS are designed to evaluate specific employee and work environment dynamics in order to improve long term worker health and safety. When employees and employers adopt appropriate ergonomic practices, work-site injuries and related disabilities are reduced. Additionally, it is common to experience improvements in work productivity, quality and employee job enjoyment. California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (CAL-OSHA) regulation 5110 under the California Labor Code, section 6357, notes the importance of implementing employer-based ergonomic programs which include work-site evaluations, the control of ergonomic (ERGO) hazards and employee education and training. Some employers unwisely seek to avoid ergonomic (ERGO) work-site evaluations, fearing that costly workstation changes will follow. Realistically, however, many work-site modifications can be accommodated at a nominal cost, if any. In providing Ergonomic Evaluations (ERGO EVALS), skilled and experienced ISYS® professionals are also available to provide work-site training programs for employees and employers. Ergonomic Evaluations are performed by our trained Health and Wellness Associate.

Job Analysis

The Job Analysis (JA) is designed to analyze the specific job performed by the employee at the time of injury/disability or to assess a modified or alternative job being offered to an injured or disabled employee. Job Analyses (JAs) are best used to assist treating physicians in fully understanding the objectively determined requirements of a specific job so that the physician, employee and employer can make informed decisions about an employee’s ability to return-to-work (RTW). ISYS® Job Analyses (JAs) conform to ADA standards (Americans with Disabilities Act) by accurately determining both the essential and non-essential functional requirements of a specific job. Job Analysis are performed by our trained Health and Wellness Associate.
