Received his bachelor of science in Public Health from the University of California of Irvine and thereafter received his doctorate in physical therapy from Western University of Health Sciences. He has extensive experience in rehabilitation for the following sectors: acute care, long term acute care, long term rehabilitation, and orthopedics with an emphasis in spine and amputee patient cases. He serves as a consultant for patients and their families on how to progress their plan of care within the United States Healthcare System to ensure they are putting themselves in the best position to get better.

Dr. Unaka, PT, DPT passions within healthcare include prevention, healing with the least amount of medication used as possible, system improvement, and maximizing patient satisfaction.
